Order processing

1) We will process orders and ship out from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Friday.

2) For existing items, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, or up to 3-4 business days during peak seasons.

3) For orders with multiple items, if one of the items is out of stock, we will wait for the items to arrive and send them together. You can also contact us to request separate delivery but additional shipping charges may apply.

4) After each order is placed, an email will be sent to you when the item is shipped, including the package tracking number.

5) Packages will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please make sure your full name and shipping address are correct so that the shipping company does not return the package to us due to a failed delivery.

6) All Taiwan orders above 1500Β TWD will provide free shipping (only the island of Taiwan is shipped), and orders below 1500Β TWD will need to pay for shipping fees.


Refunds policy

1) Once the product is used, the items cannot be returned.

2) Please check as soon as possible after receiving the product. If there is any problem with the product, please submit a return application within 7 days of receiving the product. Return/exchange will not be accepted if it is overdue.

3) Please return the product within 7 days after submitting the return application. Return/exchange will not be accepted if it is overdue.

4) The freight incurred due to the purchase cannot be refunded. When you submit the return application form, it means that you agree to our return policy and accept that we will handle the invalidation of the invoice and related follow-up processing matters.

5) After we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days, you must provide a local bank account in Taiwan so that we can refund the payment to you, please contact our customer service staff.
